Introducing the Phone Guestbook

The Audio Guestbook ($275) lets guests pick up our vintage corded phone and record a heartfelt voice message. The Video Guestbook ($375) captures their voice and their face on an interactive video display — so you see the smiles and emotions, not just hear them. Those are the standalone prices; bundle either with a photo booth and it drops to $175 (audio) or $275 (video).

A signed guestbook gets a name and a line. A phone guestbook gets you the actual voices: the laughs, the toasts, the off-the-cuff messages from the people who mattered enough to be there. Absolutely — and you'll save $100 when you bundle it with a photo booth. You can add it to a new booking or to a photo booth you've already booked with us. Just choose the bundle option on the experience cards above.

Every message is delivered to you as digital files after your event, so you can relive them, share them with family, and keep them forever.

We deliver your digital files within a week of the event. If you have a specific date you need them by, for a thank-you or an anniversary, let us know and we'll do our best to work around it.

Audio messages come as standard MP3 files and video messages as MP4 files, so they play on any phone, computer, or tablet with no special software. They're yours to download, back up, and share however you like.

You get every individual message as its own file, exactly as your guests left it, nothing gets cut. If you'd like a polished highlight version down the line, just ask and we'll talk through the options.

No. The phone runs on its own charge for the whole event, so there's no power or Wi-Fi required. A nearby outlet is a handy backup but it's not mandatory. If your space has any setup limitations, let us know in advance and we'll plan around it.

None. Messages are unlimited, so guests can leave as many as they like throughout your event and talk for as long as they want on each one.
